I welcomed the opportunity to join the Ray White Albany team in December 2009, bringing with me in excess of 5 years extensive knowledge, proven performance, reliability and experience within Albany’s commercial investment management market. I have experience dealing with the full range of commercial property types, owners and tenants (including government departments and national companies). This experience covers all facets of commercial investment management and sales, including marketing your property, lease negotiations for new leases, renewals, assignments & variations, understanding legal documentation and laws, rent reviews, accounts enquiries, GST matters and property maintenance issues, just to name a few. Prior to Commercial Property Management I had over 22 years banking experience, a majority of which was as a senior commercial lender here in Albany. Through my banking and commercial investment management experiences, I have a thorough understanding of the local market, including the processes and laws which may affect your commercial investment property.

This experience also extends to selling your business or property, or helping you to buy one, whether it be commercial, residential or simply vacant land.
